Steve grew up in the small town Huntingdon in Central Pennsylvania and attended the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. His experience includes various positions in sales, marketing and general management, including ten years with the Fisher Scientific Corporation, a $3.5 billion company, where he served as a Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He also held senior management positions with The Figgie International Corporation and National Mine Service Company. This experience served to provide him with a solid business background to found and operate his own businesses in a professional manner, and with a highly personal touch. Steve is a Broker and Principal of Charleston Metro Homes Real Estate. He founded Core One Properties Real Estate in 2006, one of Charleston’s leading real estate management firms. He a member of the Daniel Island Business Association where he served as President from 2006-2008, was appointed by the South Carolina Legislative Delegation to serve on the executive committee of the Trident Regional Education Advisory Board, and he participates in numerous other clubs and associations. He is married to his wife Debbie Wall-Smith, a top performing real estate sales professional in Charleston, and has a daughter Stephanie who will be attended the Charleston County Academic Magnet High School and is now studying to be a Veternarian at the University of GA. Her father was a real estate agent and he would often take her with to preview houses. She soon developed a passion for it as well. In 2007 Tess received her B.A. in Communications with a focus in Marketing, graduating cum laude. She went on to get her Associates degree in interior design where she graduated with highest honors. In 2010 Tess Moved to Las Vegas where she pursued her interior design career working at an Architectural firm where she assisted in all sorts of projects ranging from hotel rooms, to bars to casino lobbies. A native of Windham, New Hampshire, Jo Mahoney spent majority of her life braving the cold New England winters. She is a graduate from the University of Tampa, Florida with a bachelor of science in Marketing. After graduating she worked in pharmaceutical sales in South Florida, excelling in her territory and ranking third in the company in her first year. She returned to NH and took time off to raise her son, Finn, now 6 years old, before deciding to settle down on the coast of South Carolina. Shannon Siegel

Shannon Siegel relocated from the Los Angeles area to the Charleston area in 2016 as a blessed result of her husband accepting a Boeing transfer; however, Shannon is not new to the area. She was raised as a military dependent. She graduated from Stratford High School, attended Army Basic Training at Fort Jackson, SC, and started a Bachelor’s Degree at Clemson University, until transferring out west for additional opportunities with the Army National Guard.
